Getting started

Open the MEPflow app and tap Create your company account on the sign-in screen. Enter your company name, the trades you work, and your details to set up a new account — any MEP company can sign up. Your team members are then invited from the in-app Team screen.

Common questions

Forgot your password? Your company's owner or office manager can reset it from the Team screen. Owners can reset their own from Settings.

Billing & plans are managed in the app under Settings › Plan & seats.

Taking card payments uses Stripe, connected in Settings › Card payments — funds go directly to your own account.
