Services

MEPflow provides plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance services. Work is scheduled by appointment. Estimates are provided before work begins where the scope allows, and any change to that scope is discussed with you before it is carried out.

Text messaging

If you agree to receive text messages, MEPflow will text you about the work you have scheduled — appointment confirmations, technician arrival windows, and a link to your invoice. You may also reply to reach our office.

• Message frequency varies based on the work you have scheduled.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or call our office.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Payment

Invoices are due on receipt unless agreed otherwise in writing. Card payments are processed by Stripe; MEPflow does not store your card details.

Cancellation

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Warranty

Workmanship is warranted as described on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on parts and fixtures are passed through to you and are subject to that manufacturer's terms.
